Looking for more information ahead of your visit to Ripley’s Believe It or Not! London or to help you plan your day out in the capital? Our frequently asked questions are designed to answer any questions that you may have:

MAKING A BOOKING

WHO CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SCHOOLS RATES?

UK primary/secondary schools and colleges are able to take advantage of our schools rates when they are booked as part of a trip arranged by the school/college.

ARE THE SCHOOLS RATES AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR?

No. Schools rates are only when booked and paid for in advance.

I HAVE MADE A PROVISIONAL BOOKING, HOW CAN I REQUEST MY TWO FREE PLANNING TICKETS?

You can request these at the time of booking, or by calling 020 7494 6818 or emailing schools@ripleyslondon.com.

PLANNING YOUR VISIT

DO YOU OFFER EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES?

Yes, we offer a range of resources and lesson plans linked to the national curriculum which can be used before, during and after your trip. The resources are free and can be posted to you upon request.

DO YOU HAVE A RISK ASSESSMENT?

Yes. You can download the risk assessment here.

HOW DO I REPORT LOST PROPERTY?

For any item lost on the day please notify a member of staff, or after your visit contact operations team on 020 3238 0022

ARE THERE ANY AGE, HEIGHT OR WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS?

No. Our attraction is accessible to everyone.

IS THERE ACCESS FOR COACHES?

There are two coach drop off facilities are located on Shaftesbury Avenue, approximately two minutes’ walk from the main entrance to the attraction. Maximum drop off time is 20 minutes. There is also a free coach drop off/ pick up coach bay on St Martin’s Place, Charing Cross Road, which is about an 8 minute walk away.

ACCESS AND FACILITIES ON SITE

ARE THERE LOCKERS AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS TO PLACE THEIR BELONGINGS?

No. The nature of the attraction means that we are unable to store belongings..

IS THERE A PLACE FOR PUPILS TO EAT THEIR PACKED LUNCH?

Please enquire at the time of booking. We’ll gladly assist where we can.

IS THE ATTRACTION WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes. The attraction is fully wheelchair accessible, including our toilets, café, lifts and gift shop area. Members of staff will gladly assist you when using our lifts.

WHAT ARE THE MEDICAL PROVISIONS ON-SITE?

We have a fully trained first aiders on-site at all times.
